General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Sales Terms

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Sales Terms”) govern the sale of products and services offered through the MetraField application, published by ARTS Innovations as part of the MetraSolutions ecosystem.
Placing an order constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Sales Terms.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these Sales Terms is to define the conditions under which ARTS Innovations sells digital tokens that may be used for:
- Viewing and accessing previously created aircraft inspection reports
- Accessing services for requesting specific inspection templates
- Activating advanced report-related features
These products are intended exclusively for professional use.
2. Nature of the products: Tokens
MetraField tokens are non-refundable digital units that may be used to access services within the platform.
They may be used to:
- Unlock existing inspection reports
- Generate or export structured reports
- Order customized inspection templates
Tokens have no monetary value outside the MetraField ecosystem and may not be exchanged, resold, or converted into currency.
3. Orders
Orders may be placed directly through the MetraField application or through a customized quotation.
An order summary is displayed before final confirmation.
Confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of these Sales Terms.
4. Prices
Token prices are stated in euros (€), either excluding or including taxes, as applicable.
ARTS Innovations reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Such changes shall not apply retroactively to orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Payment terms
Payment shall be made using the payment methods available within the application or by invoice under specific contractual arrangements.
All orders are payable in full upon purchase unless otherwise provided under specific contractual terms.
6. Delivery of tokens
Tokens are automatically credited to the user’s account once payment has been confirmed.
In the event of a technical issue, the customer should contact support.
7. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tokens constitute digital content supplied immediately after purchase and are therefore not subject to any right of withdrawal.
8. Use of tokens
Tokens may only be used within the MetraField environment and for the stated purposes.
Any attempted fraud or misuse will result in the immediate suspension of the account.
9. Requests for specific templates
Customers may use their tokens to request the creation of customized inspection templates.
Such requests are reviewed by ARTS Innovations and may result in:
- Direct approval
- An additional quotation
- A reasoned refusal
Any stated delivery times are provided for information purposes only.
10. Specific contracts
For requirements that fall outside the standard token-based offering, customers may contact ARTS Innovations to arrange a customized contract.
Such contracts may cover:
- Large volumes of tokens
- Customized integrations
- Specific training services
- Particular regulatory requirements

11. Liability
ARTS Innovations shall not be held liable for the misuse of generated reports or for decisions made on the basis of such reports.
The customer remains solely responsible for the interpretation and operational use of the data.
12. Suspension of services
ARTS Innovations reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the service in the event of a breach of these Sales Terms or failure to make payment.
13. Force majeure
ARTS Innovations shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from an event of force majeure.
14. Amendments to the Sales Terms
These Sales Terms may be amended at any time. The revised terms shall apply as soon as they are published online.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Sales Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
