These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the MetraField application, published by ARTS Innovations and integrated into the MetraSolutions environment.

By using MetraField, the user acknowledges that they have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

1. Service overview

MetraField is a professional application designed for collaborative aircraft inspections and the digital management of inspection, monitoring, and compliance operations in the civil aviation sector.

In particular, it enables:

  • Aircraft inspections
  • The creation and management of technical reports
  • Collaboration between authorized users
  • The monitoring of discrepancies and approvals
  • Document management related to regulatory compliance

2. Access to the service

Access to MetraField is restricted to professional users with a valid account.

ARTS Innovations reserves the right to refuse or suspend access for any user who fails to comply with these Terms or misuses the service.

3. Account creation

To use MetraField, the user must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out through their account.

Any fraudulent use must be reported immediately.

4. Authorized use

The user agrees to use MetraField solely for professional purposes and in compliance with applicable aviation regulations.

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Use the application for unlawful purposes
  • Falsify inspection data
  • Compromise the security of the systems
  • Impersonate a third party
  • Extract or copy data without authorization

5. Liability

5.1 User liability

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for the use of the application in the performance of their duties.

5.2 ARTS Innovations’ liability

ARTS Innovations takes all necessary measures to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.

The company shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the misuse of data or the incorrect interpretation of the information provided.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features, interfaces, and graphic elements of MetraField are the exclusive property of ARTS Innovations.

Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the MetraField Privacy Policy, available within the application.

The user acknowledges having read it.

8. Service availability

ARTS Innovations reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or improvements, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

9. Termination

The user may request the deletion of their account at any time.

ARTS Innovations reserves the right to terminate an account without prior notice in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

10. Amendments to the Terms

ARTS Innovations may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any updates through the application.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Term

These Terms shall remain valid for the entire period during which the user uses the service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings are initiated.
